She possesses very poor communication skills;
No substantial contents, no logical flow of contents, mispronunciation, and wrong words.
These are her Thai skills or lack thereof.
Her English skills certainly subsume all of the above, plus some more like wrong grammars, poor listening, and whatnot.

With the WH - questions, when asked, you need specific answers to these kinds of questions.
The easy parts are What, When, Who, Which and Where because you only deal with the facts.
What is, Who is, Which is and so on. But the real challenge is when it comes to processing your thoughts.
Asking about your opinions and solutions, Why and How, that is the way to isolate fish from water.
Before the end of this video she was asked how to fight the war on drugs and poverty that were her policies.
The guy asked "how specifically" after hearing that she had her team that had successfully done so in the past.
She then replied that she would help and put the drug addicts back to the society, and would make sure that
the drug lords wouldn't do what they did again.
I only heard her say what she was going to do but yet not how she was going to do it, to help the addicts - how?,
to educate them - how?, giving them jobs?, putting them through school? And stop the drug lords - how?
shooting them when in sight?, putting them in jail and taking all of their possessions? How?
I am not attacking her, don't get me wrong but you don't also forget that the guy asked her "how specifically"
And she didn't neither deliver a single specific idea nor any method as far as this video runs. That shows a lot about her.
