Why Did Thaksin Back Down?

Thaksin was very serious about royal pardon decree.
Otherwise, why did he take a chance at damaging Yingluck’s notorious reputation even further by staging a stupid no-radar-in-helicopter plan for her to play along?
Many signs such as his daughter’s wedding, Yingluck’s play, confidentiality of this agenda during cabinet meeting, and responses of red shirts in several areas indicated that he and his advisors had planned this for quite some time.

As it turned out, the evil siblings underestimated the power of loyal people to their beloved king and Yingluck's extremely poor performance as the premier.
In other words, his retreat shows that the number of proponents decreased dramatically and the number of opponents increased drastically.

Many red shirts in northern, northeastern, and central parts have been affected by the flood crisis.
Because of Yingluck’s mismanagement for such crisis, many of which have turned to neutral or opposite politically.
The remaining are way too busy trying to survive the crisis, especially those severely affected in central part.
Hence, Thaksin could not count on red shirts near Bangkok any more.
He had to bring his supporters from northern and northeastern parts.
This did not make much logistics sense since it was too far and too costly.
Besides, necessary supplies for these people would not be easy to find during such crisis.
These dramatically decreased the number of his proponents.

This decree is very sensitive to loyal people who will not stand aside and let the evil siblings pressure their beloved king.
They turned to social networks, which reached their peak during the flood crisis for updated information, for spreading the news about this decree, for expressing their displeasure about it, and for coordinating unyielding activities.
In addition, many mainstream media picked up its news and their movement and reported both.
Furthermore, the way Yingluck and Chalerm handled the cabinet meeting, the press, and the opposition party in the House was full of half-truths and diversions.
Clearly, both of them could not be trusted.
These drew many loyal people together despite their struggling against floodwater.
Moreover, many flood victims including the turned red shirts would definitely like to join this protest to voice their concerns due to Yingluck’s incompetence of crisis management.
That is why the number of opponents increased drastically.

These are the real reasons why Thaksin, a pussy himself, backed down.

Red shirts perhaps were not born idiots, but are acting idiotically and will die idiots. What a poor creature!

Red shirts in the cyber world are merely contract posters. These dumb fucks are worthless pieces of shit.

Stupidity and incompetence of the walking botox will run have run Thailand to the ground.

The magnitude of this disaster would have decreased exponentially if proper water management had been applied in time like since the inception of the Bang-Ra-Kum model.
