การกระทำโดยขาดสติยั้งคิด ขาดเหตุผล ความรู้จักถูกผิดนั้น เป็นเหตุให้เกิดความหลง ความลืมตัว ทำให้กระทำสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่หน้าที่โดยชอบได้ ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายมาก อาจจะนำความเสีย เสื่อมสลาย มาสู่ตนเอง ตลอดทั้งประเทศชาติได้พระราชดำรัส ๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๓
