To  Moderstor,

Recently, I just have such a great honour by receiving 1 warning point by MOD_9.   Here is the charge,

This mofo numkorat has just been trying to create a diversion from the point that he has less education.  I only communicate with a few are good people and they interlect enough to understand the common language.   If you don't know what I said, should I give a dame of what you will say?

ใช้คำสแลงหยาบคายครับ และไม่ควรจะพูดถึงสมาชิกเช่นนั้น

Here is what I have explained to MOD_9.

Thank you for the explanation.  Now I see your point.  However,  I am willing to accept this warning if rule and regulation apply to EVERYONE equally.   The exception is a rudimentary of double standard.

You are correct that it's a slang and vulgar language.   I should not do it.  So, I will not do it again if rule is enforced identically for every member.  However, it is my duty as a defendant to point out that this webboard appears to have used this exact word many time in the past 2 years.   According to Google records, (lucky for me that we live in 21th century), some users have extensive and repeatedly use this word both directly to other member or via pronoun.   It seem to me that he can get away without consequence.   If 1 warning point is given in every each "mofo to other member", he should be baned 2 year ago already.   In contrast, he still be a value member of this webboard.

For example:

On November 2011

http://webboard.seri...สะอิดสะเอียนมาก

In the topic, this user said "He is a mofo." In this context, He = MarkLover, undeniable.  The same user repeatedly use this word many times.  My question is simple, did he get a warning point like me?   Remember, that topic has 17 pages 800+ comments.  Why no one seem to offend by that profanity.

On April 2013 (this year)

http://webboard.seri...นองอย่างทันควัน

This user said "Oops, that would make you a mofo."  You, again undeniably is "จิ๊งเหลน", other member.    Legendary member "Bookmark" with 20K+ post click like it.  Why his word do not viloate board rule number 7 while my word do?  However, can you explain this inequitable phenomenal between him and me?

If you saw something wrong in the past, would you care to correct them to prevent the breach in the future?

PS: I know that this webboard need evidence, be my guest.

I will rephrase my unanswered question, for the record.

Did anyone (according to the evidence in google log) who using the same word "mofo",  get a warning point?   or I am the ONLY ONE and is  the first one that make "mofo" offend this board.

If he/she did not concieve the wanring point

Why his/here word do not viloate board rule number 7 while my word do?  Can you explain this inequitable phenomenal?

If he/she did get the wanring point.

How many warning he/she get and still not be baned by this exact same charge?     (So I will know how manny times I have left.)

If you saw something wrong in the past, would you care to correct them to prevent the breach in the future?
