- กระทรวงการคลังใช้สิทธิ์กู้ + ค้ำรัฐวิสาหกิจเต็มเพดานไปแล้ว ราวๆ 4 แสนกว่าล้านบาท ดังนั้นรัฐบาลไม่มีเงินพิเศษไปซัพพอร์ตโครงการรับจำนำข้าวได้อีก
- ธกส. ออกมาให้ข่าวว่ามีเงินใช้จ่าย 160,000 ล้าน แต่ 140,000 ล้านเป็นการใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานของ ธกส. ดังนั้น ธกส. จะเหลือเงินที่พอจะมาใช้จ่ายในโครงการรับจำนำข้าวได้ประมาณ 20,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งมองอย่างไรก็ไม่เพียงพอแน่นอน
สิ่งที่รัฐจะทำต่อจากนี้
1. ระบายข้าวในสต๊อกแบบ "คนร้อนเงิน" คือ ปล่อยแบบขาดทุนแบบลับๆ ที่ต้องปล่อยขาดทุนเพราะข้าวในตลาดตอนนี้มามากกว่าเดิม เนื่องจากชาวนาบางส่วนนำข้าวเข้าโครงการรับจำนำไม่ได้ และ บางส่วนที่นำเข้าได้แต่กลับไม่ได้รับเงิน เพราะ ธกส.ยังไม่มีจ่่าย สุดท้ายก็จะต้องแห่ไปขายในตลาด ในราคาที่ต่ำแทน..หากรัฐหวังจะระบายสต๊อกข้าวก็ต้องระบายในราคาที่ต่ำกว่าราคาตลาด..แน่นอนว่าขาดทุนฉิบหาย..! เพื่อนำเงินมาหมุนใช้จ่ายรับจำนำนาปรังต่อ..
2. หากไม่ใช่วิธีระบายข้าวออก รัฐบาลต้องไปบีบ ธกส. ให้เจียดเงินมาใช้จ่าย..ซึ่งวิธีนี้อันตรายมาก แต่ถามว่ารัฐทำได้ไหม ทำได้ครับ..บอร์ด ธกส. มีคนของรัฐบาลไปนั่งอยู่เต็มไปหมด..หากจวนตัวจริงๆ ก็อาจใช้วิธีนี้..

20000 ล้านบาทได้ล้านกว่าตันเชียวนะ ว่าแต่ประเทศไทยผลิตข้าวได้กี่ตันฟระ
ชักหน้าไม่ถึงหลังสินะ แต่ก็สำหรับประชาชนคนไทย
แต่มีเงินกินกันจนถึงชาติสำหรับนักการเมือง
ไม่เป็นไร เรายังมีวิธีขายสมบัติชาติอยู่ ฮ่าๆๆ คล้ายๆ อาเจนตินาแล้ว
