Actually, I don't think I'm good enough to be a teacher/instructor yet. Maybe we can do this as sharing session, pointing out mistakes, make discussions, so we could learn together.

For the beginning, why don't we try writing a short essay introducing ourselves?

ผมทำอีกสูตร (สู-ตอน) ครับ สำหรับหม้อหุงข้าวรุ่นใหม่ ๆ ที่เป็นระบบดิจิตอล หม้อเคลือบเทฟลอน อะไรพวกนั้น สลับขั้นตอนกับคุณ sensei คือผัดข้าวก่อนหุง แทนที่จะหุงก่อนผัด

1. ตั้งน้ำมัน เจียวกระเทียม เอาข้าวสารลงไปผัด
2. เอาข้าวสารที่ผัดแล้วใส่หม้อ เติมน้ำมากกว่าปกติเล็กน้อย ใส่เนื้อไก่ (แล้วแต่ชอบส่วนไหน) ขิงทุบ ซีอิ้วขาว น้ำมันหอย (กะเอาเอง)
3. กดปุ่มหุงปกติ
4. ทำน้ำจิมตามสูตรคุณ sensei (ขอลอก) อิอิ

อันนี้อดทดลองค่ะเพราะยังใช้หม้อหุงข้าวรุ่นเก๊าเก่า กว่าจะพังก็คงอีกหลายปี ไว้อีกหล๊ายหลายปีจะลองใช้สูตรนี้ดูนะคะ
