Even though, this is a very rare good article.   My question is, how we democratically implement it?

I don't mind whatever system as long as a plurality of people in this country back it up. However, what if people in the country don't want "Screening System"?

- How "Screening System" will be engraved into our constitution? Please, don't mention about a military coup. 

- Does "Screening System" must exist before allowing people to vote for it? I feel chicken and egg coming. 

- Do you really think sane people stupid enough to accept such a system that forbids them to exercise their right? 

- Is it that hard to win the election by winning people heart like Thaksin?

Democratic power comes from the majority of people, not a few elite/scholars. If the driver is so bad, at least we select him. At least, he did fool us all. Unlike other system, which only a few gang members exclusively select the driver and make you sit still with a gun.

Congratulation for those members who did use that words. I don't remember any human being having problem with this particular word especially from cockroach side.  Can we call this "Double Standard"?

Sorry about that na krub. My Thai typing skill is a lot slower than English typing by many folds. It would take so much effort for me to type Thai characters one by one and even count how to find them in the first place.  A Simple comment like this might take many minutes.

If we really need a wheel and don't have it.  Then it's time to reinvent it.  There are many source code out there that implement this so call, "Arbitrary-precision arithmetic".  Actually this is a very first library that need to use in searching for longest prime number.    Right now, RSA encryption.   Most computer program don't need this one directly. 

 

Simplest way to implement is to use String.    This is the slowest and consume space the most.    More fancy implement will using byte array.   What we really need to do is just teach them to + - * / as primitive type.

Normally, I don't encurage anyone to persue the implement detail of every each existing library.  In computer world, we should think it's as a wheel or gear and just using it.   Until you not satisfy with it's  performance then build your own.   I never know anyone get rich from written super perfect likedlist library.   The rich one use existing linklist library and create FB, Line or Angry bird.  Trust me, most computer science graduate in any degree don't even know BigInteger.   Because in every day problem we usually deal with number that 64 or 32 bit is enough.

Keep in mind that

- with tons of optimization, the actual commercial working library in C# Java or C++  is a lot more complex than that one.

- there is no right or wrong way in computer, as long as you get the result in time.   Usually, quick and dirty get the job done and make a lot of money than more elegance solution.

Don't reinvent the wheel.  Every language already have BigInteger.
